Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your PupGuard purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, we'll replace it at no cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Non-returnable items Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
